Imaginons un coffre avec des multiples serrures, chaque serrure ouvrant un min coffre possédant un trésor unique. Chaque clef permettra d’ouvrir ce trésor mais aussi de récupérer une partie du grand trésor, l’Art de la Vie. Ici présent sont les clefs de la vie qui garantissent bien souvent une vie heureuse

1. Stoïcisme, le fait d’accepter le destin et de ne pas essayer de tout contrôler. Que si un de nos proches meurent on ne crie pas injustice, mais c’est la vie. Que quand le train part juste devant notre nez, on sourit à la place de s’énerver pour rien.
2. Se défaire des illusions ; que ce soit les mensonges pratiquées par la publicité, les cultures, les politiciens, il s’agit d’affronter la vérité et de ne pas se terrer comme une autruche.
3. Créer à la place de consommer ; un grand nombre de moment de vie nous offre deux possibilités et souvent l’acte de création produire un meilleur contenu, donne une confiance supplémentaire, démontre les capacités de l’individu, des ex : acheter/produire de la bière, voir/construire un film, etc
4. Pas d’égoïsme exagéré, mais de la place au collectivisme, à la communauté
5. Pratiquer l’exercice de la raison ; se demander d’où viennent les idées, sont-elles fausses, comment peuvent-elles vérifiées ? Est-ce possible de voir cela d’une autre façon ?

6. Utiliser ses deux oreilles, ses deux yeux plus que sa bouche : Surtout vrai si on est jeune, et on tellement souvent dans le tort de nos affirmations, de nos actions. Prendre le temps d’écouter le professeur/le mentor/le passant/l’artiste nous offre la joie d’étendre nos perspectives mais aussi de réussir une connexion humain.
7. Avoir des amitiés profondes, donnantes-donnantes, qui solidifie l’individu dans son être physique/émotionnel/spirituel/psychologique ou autre
8. Développer une humanité, en développant son empathie envers tout le monde, comprendre les situations avant de juger, de la compersion pour être heureux quand les autres sont heureux/amoureux. Ne pas s’estimer au dessus mais comprendre qu’on est égaux en tant qu’humain et que chacun combat pour sa vie.
9. Savoir maitriser la technologie bureautique ; savoir faire des recherches / où trouver l’information (ainsi que sa pertinence+son utilisation), acclérer le processus (flux rss pour synchroniser les infos, ou faire opérer une ligne de code pour qu’une tâche s’effectue de manière non assisitée ), savoir proteger son réseau, sa boite mail, etc
10. Parler à tout le monde ; ne pas faire de différenciation entre classes, professions, genre, origines

11. Penser au long terme, et réduire la pensée court terme ; toute action a ses conséquences et savoir que ce momemt même va déterminer comment notre futur va être constitué.
12. Approcher diverses philosophies et façon de pensées : ne pas avoir l’arrogance nombriliste que notre façon de pensée est correcte et adéquate maintenant et voir les choses en s’aidant de la littérature, de la philosophes
13. Forger une empathie/sympathie envers tout le monde
14. Vouloir changer le monde et y contribuer

What is the journaling and why is it good for you ?

Journaling is a process recording one’s life, to compare, ton analyze, to retrospect, to introspect, to record progress. Daily entries are the most current, seconded by weekly entries and months. A tool to track shared by a large of number of philosophers, artists, bloggers, business-owners, etc.

Here are some subject you can journal about

Daily tasks : What you have done -> To know if you are efficient with you time, if you have a productive or lazy week. To know what you are achieving this year.

Social interactions : The social interactions and how it went -> If you have to make progress in social skills, lacking social cues, or you want to refine your social skills wanting to become a social butterfly

Thoughts : What you have thought during the day -> What are your recurrent worldviews, what are your opinions, what is your mindset, how you holding yourself back, etc. The saying goes : As a man thinketh in his heart so is he (James Allen), so beware how you think.

Questions : What are the daily questions you ask yourself -> At what subject your interest increase significantly ? Which do you want to dig deeper ? What are the preoccupation about life you have ?

Sports journal : What are the exercises you have during your set -> To motivate yourself, to see the efforts in a visual form, to know you can do it, to improve your sport routine.

Culture journal : What are the recent movies you watched, music albums listened, expositions, read books, etc ? -> To know what music you like, what are the common themes you like, about what subject you will research further.

Selfies/auto-portrait journal : How do I look ? What is the composition of my life -> To see how your body and face evolves, how your perceive yourself, how your market yourself,how your style changes, where you live, which friends you invite in your life/photos

You can also do an food journal, mood journal, download journal, skills journal, etc. It really helps to know thyself.

The real reason however is, you have one life. It’s nice to have some additional mémoire (our brain can’t remember everything), some archive to remember more, to see how war we come.

What is your mindset ?

Your mindset is your personal guide, your mover. It will occur when your conflicts happen, discussing about politics, interacting with people, going out, building a business. It’s your mental toolbox. With the years and the experiences, if refines and redefines itself. It’s impossible to live 100 % to one mindset, but it’s a ideal we should strive for.

Here I present my current mindset, to give some inspiration ;

Living

Live

I am already in the greatest adventure : my own life. Life everyday as a new life and everyday as it were you last. I will live memorable moments. I welcome every moments with joy and laughter knowing that every second is unique and temporary. Play with the world, amuse yourself, flex the world, jump around, giggle & touch, cry, love.

Sensations

Every moment I expose myself to new sensations. I shall taste new food, new spices, new mixtures, having a large appetite. A habit to initiate new experiences is in the mind. Not to forget the pink wonderland, sensuality sexuality and it’s discoveries.

Spontaneous

Grabbing life by the balls. By not being in homeostasis, I will spread my joyous seed. Face your fears all the time, you won’t die. Also kill yourself a little bit everyday, by remembering that what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.

Time

My time is very important. TO build my life, my love, my empire. I don’t waste time for with negative people. We have only life, so make it the best it can be is a good bet. I value my lone time as value time with my friends, I need both.

I will create opportunities. We’re all gonna make it brah, I’ m not superior. If I can support you, I do. Be the sun, be generous. More inner richness I have, more I have to offer. My goal is to build a so abundant being in-myself, never tired to giving, to further society.

Focus

It’s time to start yourself seriously.Focus on your mission, each day and it will be good. Always maintain a purpose. I choose a limited of friends who will join and support my mission.

Growing

Every day I try to grow, a day without improvement & action in some part seems wasted. I can only compare myself to my yesterday-day and I shall already be better than my tomorrow version. Changing my life, so I will be who I cherish, becoming more than a person, an idea, an verb, a historic figure, an inspiration. I have to seek legend-status to pretend I lived to my true self. When ever I can I compliment people who are inspiring

Laugh my friend

Laugh about your mistakes, to say it’s okay, it’s funny, it’s a dumb things. Laugh about society, conventions, laws, traditions, life because sometimes it seems like a really big joke. Laugh because it’s good for your health.BE silly about life and your work .Start a conversation with an some anecdote or question, such as asking the group to suggest names for a five-legged cat, the president of Mars, the forename of a tree to get a good laugh.

Stoicism

I remain calm as much as possible, breathing trough my belly. I don’t let affect myself by things I can control. I have my own frame, sense of reality. I cannot fear death since I don’t know what it is. So I enjoy life as it comes. We all make mistakes, it’s okay, don’t make a big thing about it.

Relationships

Amour

Be everyone’s soulmate!:) We are one human family, let’s connect. There is no reason to hate, only to love. Smile when you see a baby, when a couple kisses(compersion). I am happy when my friends are happy.

Social

Be the one who set’s fire in each person. Be not selfish to hold your inner treasure for yourself and show it the world. Each person is unique, and has something beautiful in them, There’s so much life in every person. Appreciate this fact whenever you can. Remind yourself that the other person will benefit to talk with me and I will too.

I will treat everyone with same amount of respect , whatever the job/gender/appearance/status/living/condition. Perhaps the person is not beautiful in a physical sense, but I will go underneath to discover the essence of the person. I don’t attack, name-call people, gossip, because it’s a stupid, childish, non comprehensive behavior. If judgement occurs I will restrain myself to voice it.

Everyone is connect do me in some sense. Everything is connected, filled with emotions and perceptions. I stay positive or stoic against negatives peoples, giving love to not walk on the wrong highway.

I am proud to be a man, to be the best. Depending on the situation I shall my invoke my CAVEMAN side, welcoming risk, trying to be wounded, being primal. Primal can be defined as being playful, being crazy, being bold, being crazy so much that I know all women desire me.

Validation

I am an hero myself ; number of sufferings, number of mental discrepancies trough the continuous learning, learned skills, learned mindset and attitudes. Add to this the things renounced, erasing the old mindset to forge a new one. I am a socially and emotionally intelligent person seeing trough the life matrix. I am important, I deserve an awesome life. I am enough, I am worthy of love, sex and life. I You are beautiful, cause you’re developing yourself everyday

Three information-system sites with tremendous benefits

The thing about information, is that there is lot a catch on, so much information, terabytes of it running trough the web and you want to be ready to function with powerful tools ; so can you be more powerful achieving the things you want, have more money, possessing more ressources -> having a improved life thanks to having control over it.

So here they are, the tools who helped me a lot in the past years

  1. Netvibes

This a an RSS-reader which allows organize the RSS-feeds you are visiting, into multiple tabs (arts-economy-kitchen-whateveryouwant) and you can open multiple pages which have their own tabs ( a page about culture with the tabs : music , cinema, writing, reading then another page about technology with the tabs : Code, 3D Printing, Virtual reality etc ). You can configure each rss-feed how you want to procede.

The real benefit : It allow you to not more waste any time on reaching webpages, because the articles/data are collected automatically. There a lot of other possibles in the premium offer.

2. Pearltrees

This is basically a visual bookmarking Service, which interacts with the most prefered humans sense, in pictures. You identify far more trough images than text and that’s why it’s clever. It functions trough adding per the website it-self, per extension (very handy). You put your websites, your finding into folders, from one to infinite, it depends on your personal classification system . You can export the bookmarks into a hmtl file as back up file.

The real benefit : You can save a lot of webpages, it’s pratical to have a additonal place to Access/back-up your bookmarks … but the best is : curation. When you add some websites, Pearltrees will find users who have stored the same item and it will find folders with same item(and with other articles found by the users). So let’s say you create a folder : visual arts … then Pearltrees with find per click of the my interest buttons related to folders for example : photography, videography, painting and visual arts folders of course. TLDR : Others curate for you, and you curate the web for others.

3. Twitter

The place where people mind-bits are officialised. You can post everything you want, you can follow who ever you want, you can subscribe to thousand lists (mainly containing users from the same community, domain, ideas)and you can buy things yes … But the real use is based on information aka articles/Video/music sharing, thoughts/ideas/concerns of the users and the connection/communities you make with other trough like mini-conversations & mini-supports & mini-joys & mini-clashes

The real benefits : You can follow experts in every domain : photography, leadership, language so you can access to their thoughts + shared articles + their list. And I forgot the best part : Hashtags -> Words who classify the tweets and you can see a livestream of opinions on a event, for example #balitmore
